This Privacy Policy explains how Barya Bestie ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you order and use the Barya Bestie web app at budgetbestieph.com. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

In short: your budget data is saved in a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. We cannot see it. We only keep what we need to give you access and support: your name, Gmail, plan and order details. We never sell your data.

1. Information we use from your Google Account

When you open Barya Bestie, Google asks you to allow these permissions. We use them only for the purposes below:

See your primary Google Account email address	To check that your Gmail has a valid purchase and to open your own tracker. We do not use it for marketing.
See, edit, create and delete your Google Sheets spreadsheets	To create one tracker spreadsheet in your Google Drive and to save and read your budget data in it (income, bills, budgets, savings, loans and settings). The app only works with the tracker spreadsheet it creates for you. It does not read, change or delete your other spreadsheets.

Your tracker spreadsheet belongs to you and stays in your Google Drive. We (the seller) do not have access to it, and it is not copied to our servers.

2. Information we keep to provide your access

Order details: your name, Gmail, chosen plan, amount, payment reference number, payment screenshot and order date.
Account details: your plan (Basic or Premium), when access was given and when you last opened the app.
Messages: help requests, feedback, complaints or suggestions you send us, and any screenshot you attach.

These are stored in our private Google Sheet and Google Drive, which only the seller can open.

3. How we use it

To confirm your payment and send you your tracker link.
To check your plan each time you open the app.
To answer your questions and improve the app.
To send emails about your order and your account. We do not send advertising emails.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Barya Bestie's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not allow humans to read it except with your permission or when needed for security or the law, and we do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone, except when required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and account details while you have access to Barya Bestie, and up to 2 years after, for receipts and support. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

7. Your choices and rights

Delete your tracker data: delete your tracker spreadsheet in your Google Drive.
Remove the app's access: go to myaccount.google.com/connections and remove Barya Bestie.
Ask us to see, correct or delete the details we keep: email tfinance152@gmail.com.

8. Security

Your data is protected by Google's security. Only the seller's Google account can open our order records. Every plan check between our apps is signed with a secret key.

9. Children

Barya Bestie is meant for adults managing household money. It is not directed at children under 18.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
